Results: Our team conducted research to develop new, and existing leads to support Black Restaurant Weeks efforts of expanding its reach, within their less responsive Chicago market.
We spent 3 days setting up appointments with the chefs and managers to get a personal perspective of their brand, their offerings and the communities they serve.
This approach of in person connection, and offering of full restaurant recaps, with digital marketing assets, incentivised, and inspired their dedication to our goals and yielded a 20%+ increase in onboarding for new and returning participants.
